@Martin Neal yeah I thought the taxes where alittle high also but that’s what came from the listing agent from the rent roll , i just guessed with the water cost would be , because it’s a 5 unit with 9 rooms I just assume if it’s 9 people using the water it may be $300 since it not sub meter , I put more details in the description below in other information that I received from my realtor

You'll want to see Zillow's disclaimer on its Zestimate; it's about 12 standard deviations from reality...so it's a good quick guess, just not too accurate.
