@Paul LaForgiaBelow are some tips to find a Local CPA that specializes in real estate1) Attend a Local REIA / Real Estate meetup and see who other investors are using as a CPA2) Network with other investors from your City/State that you find on bigger pockets and see who they use as a CPA3) Look for CPA's with good google/yelp reviews where 'real estate' is mentioned in the review.4) Verify that your CPA is licensed.

If I were you, I’d google it and read up on it.

Google satellite maps are helpful in visualizing how close subject is to risk but does not show which direction the flow will go.

Just google search Roddy Foreclosure List and you'll find it. 

I always suggest joining investing groups on other social media platforms as well - searching for the local + investing or REI to find.Make sure to set-up your keyword alerts here on BP, too, under your settings.

I have searched far and wide in BP and Google and while reviews may be helpful, no one has given a solid recommendation aside from few on the forum.
