Portland Tenant Placement

Hi there!

My wife and I are currently rehabbing our duplex in Portland (we live in CA) and are considering finding a local agent or person that can help us with tenant placement (really just being available for showings is the biggest thing).  We are leaning towards managing the property ourselves outside of that.

Anybody have a contact or know of a local company providing this one-off service?
