Hey everyone! My name's nicholas and im currently living in Glendale, Arizona, and I hope to invest here in the state as well. Im hoping to learn all the fundamentals of investing, as it's hard to find all the meat and potatoes in one place like this website. Once im comfortable with my abilties and I get my credit score up I'll jump right in; it would be really awesome to use this site to find potential deals, local meetups, and mentorship down the line.
