The CPAs I speak to are very concerned about the "double taxation" that would occur within a C Corp of the ROBS (even though I look to keep profits reinvested, through 1031 exchanges when it makes sense) It seems that the Solo 401k would provide me more freedom but I am not clear about the non-recourse loan options in Massachusetts and if this is even a viable option.

@Tyler MulcahyThanks for your reply and for pointing out something I should have stated.Goals are to build passive income and build a diverse portfolio of single family / multi unit rentals as a buy and hold strategy We would like to create great cash flow to provide us the freedom to not have a full time career and accomplish this over the next decade We are interested in the BRRRR process rather then the financing option because we had the 2 options I mentioned to work from So far this was our thinking

I want to establish a 1 year 3 year 5 year 10 year plan, and just curious to hear what everyone's goals were/are for financial freedom -- what was that "magic number" you wanted to achieve for monthly cashflow and how many properties did you need to achieve that number?
