Inventory in my area is low but I think I finally found a great opportunity.

But I am finally ready to stop being on the sidelines and actually start investing.

There were 2 paint chips and the leaves had been raked into big piles in the back yard and not picked up.Being new landlords we were not prepared for this, how do we do a final inspection so that nothing gets missed? 

If you have been rehabbing Houses then you realize that it is common practice for the contractor to try to do an add-on price hike on the final bill.

We looked in Arvada and Wheat Ridge -- two of the Airbnb-friendly Denver area cities -- and finally found a nice 4br/2ba home on the west side of Wheat Ridge, close to Golden and the foothills and with a big private yard and close to a park.This was the crazy hot summer of 2021 when things were going for well over asking.

It doesn’t matter how long it takes as long as you finally get it!

Demographics are bullish over the next few years with millennials finally moving out(late) zoomers may start as well and we are in an undersupplied/underbuilt market in many places. 

Make sure the EC pulls the permits & you should be there during rough & final.
