Of course you get more if you get the entire  business package but even what they give you, you can customize everything. 

Does anyone know the cost of Chris Bedgood's packages to buy into his system?

They are being sold by the same person and they bank will package them in one loan.

I am working up a package to show lenders, but I would like some help to ensure I provide the what they expect to see.

The typical closing costs are appraisal, environmental, title, processing/packaging fee, and the SBA guaranty fee.

So far I have made some great connections and encountered lots of great people and resources. 

The big issue I encountered here was something I should have prepared better for but luckily did not bankrupt me.

I am trying to find a repeatable & inexpensive way of renovating kitchens and bath.I'll try to work with Home Depot at first to see if they can package a deal of works for me.Numbers from independent contractors are all over the place.
