Analysis Questions

We are looking at 3 properties being sold. They are being sold by the same person and they bank will package them in one loan. My problem is the analysis isn't making sense. When I do them separately they all cash flow but when I put them into one analysis it shows negative cash flow. How can that be? What am I missing?
