Hey BP family, I am writing a short post because I will be expanding to a new market soon and was wondering if anyone can point me to the right direction or if anyone knows of good markets to jump into to begin finding deals for flips.

If you wanted to be fair to the agent you probably shouldn't have directly contacted an owner for a property listed on MLS.

We would like to get a HELOC and buy another property with a combination to what we have in savings.My question is that who, where on BP can anyone direct me to my best Real Estate friendly HELOC bank.

I’ve talked to an agent and he literally kept trying to stear me into the direction of getting a condo or a townhouse and I’m not 100% sold on going that route being that there is more risk with roommate tension and higher vacancy issues.Thanks

Just remember to factor in the wholesaler fee to your overall deal if you will be paying this fee directly to the wholesaler.
