Agent in West Cleveland to Buy Multi-Family

Hi - 

I just moved to Cleveland and am looking to buy a duplex, triplex, or quad in West Cleveland - Ohio City, Lakewood, Tremont, Edgewater, (maybe) Cudell or Old Brooklyn. Ideally, the property would be good for FHA / 203k, as I will live in it.

I’m looking to meet with an agent to show some properties and talk numbers. Figured I’d throw the request out here on the forum! Feel free to direct message me.

Depending on  your personal family situation will dictate where ya wanna buy. 

Schools are very different in different areas. 

If ya Have kids, I would do lakewood. Tremont is cool, but still Cleveland schools.
