I have been reading "The ABCS of Real Estate Investing" and I got to the chapter 5 action steps. i was wondering if anyone had any tips on how to go about analyzing the markets and sub markets over the internet.

I believe DIG (www.digonline.com) has a chapter in Bucks Co.There are decent flip and rentals in Bucks county.

I do want to add in regards to NARPM that I started a local chapter here in May of 2018.

(some backstory: my wife and I have a chapter 7 bankruptcy on our credit report from Dec. 2018 (discharge date)) We cannot get traditional financing due to BK.

With this as context, I found the book unsatisfying, to the point where I stopped after 2 chapters.  

It focuses a lot on retention but has a chapter or two on upselling.
