Hello!  I'm excited to join this group!  I'm Karen and have always had a passion for houses! I left the corporate recruiting world after 15 years and have never been happier!

I've had my license for 3 years and work for a fabulous team at Keller Williams as an executive assistant. I am looking to start a fix and flip business in the lower Bucks County or Northeast Philly areas. I welcome any tips from anyone new or of course experienced. I found a few good deals and now working on finances and looking to interview contractors.

Looking forward to hearing from you!

Welcome Karen Pitt .

In addition to the BP forums, blogs and podcasts, you should also join the local REIA.

I believe DIG (www.digonline.com) has a chapter in Bucks Co.

There are decent flip and rentals in Bucks county.
