My wife and I decided to remove all the radiators and convert to forced hot air furnaces with central air.

You also need to have central heating and cooling to get a good class of tenant.  

Does anyone have any good recommendations for a good wholesaler who covers south central Michigan?

In fact, look at the massive amounts of money central banks made available after the housing crises and global recession.  

The house is a block south of 12th, just on the west side of Airport, so it's pretty central and there is already quite a bit of development happening on the street.

Does anyone know of land (preferably raw/unutilized) in North Central MA, Western MA or Southern New Hampshire that is rent-to-own or for sale that can turn into a rent-to-own agreement and that can be zoned for residential and/or commercial (preferably BOTH) use?

We are in central FL, so commenting directly on Miami is not something I can do with any level of accuracy. 

My tenants tried to save a few bucks on heating expenses by turning the central heat way down and using space heaters.
