If you are willing to go for a drive the Black Diamond meeting in Worcester is worth checking out.  

@Bob Black - I do not have direct experience with rooming / boarding houses but I have some friends that do.  

The Black Diamond event in Waltham/Worcester is a good one as well as the Chelmsford REIA. 

Short sales need to be listed on the MLS by a realtor or else many investors ( Fannie Mae, FHLMC ) will deny the short sale and/or black list the buyer/agent.

Does anyone have any idea what these black marks/protrusions are in this brick siding?

I think i will grow my network (Maybe i'll see you at the Black Diamond meet-up this week) and look for properties where the numbers make sense.

Just be aware, that there are whole sections of Atlanta, that are black listed by section 8.
