should i invest locally in mfh if moving in 2 years

hi BP, I'm looking to get into small multifamilies via house hacking with the idea of holding long-term. I have approximately 60k and actually enjoy living in multifamilies more than SFH (maybe because I'm 25?). I currently live in Worcester, MA but likely will be moving in 2 years to a yet to be determined location. Given my timeframe does it make sense to make this investment now or should I wait to invest until I relocate? the Worcester multifamily market is heating up but cash on cash returns are still good. I don't have a specific deal at this time but if I find one should I jump? thanks!!
