@Yaniv Sigler, in this day and age, it's just NOT hard or too expensive to get on a plane and PERSONALLY meet the people who you already trust, or want to learn to trust, to be your Wholesaler/Agent, Contractor/s and Property Manager.ie.

We can only give you so much advice not knowing the facts, and everyone here probably got started in different ways (and most not at age 23!)

So if we do our last-minute verification of employment 2 days before the loan funds, and you've put two weeks notice in, or if the person who answers is Sally the receptionist who you told of your plan to quit your job around the water cooler last week and she tells the assistant underwriter this, then the loan will not fund at all (or, best case, it'll close late and be a stressful week or two, as you've by this point typically released all contingencies).Post closing audits are about the snapshot in time immediately prior to, and at, loan funding.

I highly doubt it is fake/manufactured stone based on the age of your house.

The inspection report was thorough, and did uncover limited asbestos and limited termite intrusion, but nothing I wouldn't expect for a home that age, and nothing my contractor isn't aware of.  

Do they do employment verification?

This guy was actually 100 percent service connected AND drawing social security (at age 30) AND managed to get the Wound Warrior Project to fork over his security deposit AND first months rent for him.Despite an income of 8-9 times my rent he never paid on time and didn't pay March rent. 

For example- Crime, schools, house age, % renters, median price, etc. 

Such as; Type of property (SFR, 2-Plex, 4-Plex, Condo, etc), age of property, Current rent, vacancy, and utility info (if known). 

What problems should I look for, given it's age?
