We intend to continue to expand the business primarily with fix-and-flip properties. and adding rental properties as they make sense.  

You could run a test ad on Craigslist and get a feel for the rental demand in that neighborhood.

Engineered hw is easier to install and it is cheaper, but would the buyer ask about it or can we put it as "hardwood floor" to the MLS ad?
