I have watched a ton of YouTube videos, free webinars, attended my local REIA group, and read some great books including Rich Dad, Poor Dad.

I signed up last month and I've started educating myself with "The Ultimate Beginner's Guide to Real Estate Investing" and  listening to the podcasts via YouTube and SoundCloud. 

I post that to YouTube and gladly send that link to anyone who may be interested, and post the link in all the ads that are posted, whether it be on the MLS or on Cragslist etc.  

Go to you tube, I know there are a few sites that cater to real estate agents or those wanting to become real estate agents and a few that I looked at had some good real estate math coverage.I was lucky and had a few good teachers during my school years that taught me well, which was quite a trick because I showed up for class but my brain was usually some where else, especially if it was a math or english class.

I have a portfolio (all bought with nothing down) that has allowed me to do vastly better financially than any music student I went to college with.  

Still much better then 20% - 25% down + closing cost each time.I actually did a short YouTube video on how this strategy works.
