Help with Renting out my Investment home in Lithonia, GA

Hey BP Members,

Have my first investment home in the Lithonia, GA area (outside of metro Atlanta) and it has been on the market for about 3 months at this period. Still new to investing, and I know these months are tough months to find renters, but wanted to ask the former to see if anyone had any tips on what I could do to facilitate the process

The property is under Property Management watch, but want to know if there is more I should be doing to finally get it rented out.

Thanks for your help,

Chudi

@Chukwudi Motanya

Here are a couple things that I would do for this listing to try and generate more leads.

1. Remove the trash from in front of the house and retake the exterior picture

2. Add pictures of the interior

If you are not getting any leads after you add the pictures I would try lowering the rent by $50. Remember it's better to rent it out for $50 less a month than to have it sit for another month.
