@Logan M.Depending on your scale of units and issues I would say buy a drain auger 1st if you don’t have one and that seems to fix a mass majority of our issues roots, grease, dipers, ect Now you or a tech would need to learn to use the Machine, they can be dangerous but for us maybe about 2-5 % warrant needing a cam for deeper investigation.

This would be my first property, looking for a house hack 2-3 units would be nice.

We currently operate 31 units in Connecticut.

This will go too really unique/niche listings like treehouses in a national forest. 

I’m currently advertising 5 separate units and everyone trying to apply is having error codes pop up.

Together @Amelia McGee and I  self-manage 60+ units and have a wealth of experience in landlording.

Add a separate HVAC drop unit into game room (currently no ac).

I have a condo in Vancouver, Canada.It cashflows CAD $13/month.I know.. sucks..I bought it $373k in 2018, and now similar units are sold for $450k. 

You can try also finding local real estate groups on Facebook or try posting on some of the national ones focused on travelling nurses 

I am looking at a 4 unit for 400k and the place has 57k annual income.
