Rentredi Application Errors

Anyone else having continuous issues with Rentredi platform? I’m currently advertising 5 separate units and everyone trying to apply is having error codes pop up. Rentredi said it’s a known issue and are working to resolve it but this has been going on for a while now. I love the platform but we have a large portfolio and customer base it’s turning away not being able to submit applications successfully,
