Hello all,I paid to the take the real estate licensing exam, and now I realize I will not have the time to become a successful agent due to school, and other obligations.

After after the renovation of the foreclosure (and a new school walking distances from the house) and getting the quick sale purchase up to date we got instant equity, not to mention the rising prices of homes in the area.

Thank you Account Closed The block is not bad, as in my wife and I would not mind living there, it has plenty of parking, it's tree-lined, clean, and close to a middle school.

It turns out that at the biggest school nearby, someone built a massive apartment complex for college students right next to campus which is popular among students for living off campus.

Fortunately The Wharton School has a Professor Emeritus to help deal with said garbage.  

. - I'm not using my full name as I'm a public school teacher and prefer to keep my out of school interests outside of school. :)

I've got one left in high school and then we may consider getting out ourselves.

This area has great schools  and will yield higher rent. 

There aren't many multi-family units in the area but it's an extremely desirable neighborhood in a great school district, so we are eager to move forwardAny advice is greatly appreciated!!!

I could create one by zip code for flippers as well if you think that would be well received. i think school district might be better. it's a little tougher for sold price though
