Call around to your local community banks.  

For one property, we had over over 10 fraudulent applicants, another time, we had 3 different applicants with the same fake employment as if they received their documents from the same vendor. 

Are they getting vendors or they have in-house maintenance dept to do the work?

I haven't been able to find any vendors offering something that might work for something like this. 

I attended my local counties sheriff sale today and some of the bidders knew exactly what number the bank would bid to and bid just above that number.

Cold calling potential sellers needs to be quick and get straight to the point: your a local small business and you're looking to make an offer on the property, are they interested?

I’m now making around $50/month instead of what I get at my local bank which is like $08/month.
