Single-family residence buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $70,000

used as a mid term rental..

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

started with this home first as a long term rental. then in 2018 switched it to short term

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

i am a local realtor and was buying homes that were a solid house and investment back in the day
