I'm trying to find an online service to obtain my Texas state ID #, in order to open a bank account for my LLC, here in Texas.

Its always worth getting a yearly service contract to have the systems cleaned in spring and fall. 

I've tried everything with investing - wholesaling, wholetaling, retailing, buying creatively (I now buy only cash) owned a full service real estate brokerage, owned a property management company, own over 100 rentals - I've done it all. 

Some love turnkey and don't mind paying for that service.

I have a side online business, self-employed, and my CPA suggested that I should open solo 401k with that business and move my SDIRA funds into this Solo K account since it's got better tax treatment around UBIT.I contacted IRA Services and Trust (custodian) whom I have IRA account with and they said in order to open Solo K, I have to establish my company's Solo K Plan and provide them with "Self Employed 401(k) Custody Agreement".They said I can hire a CPA or lawyer to do that.

Need a referral to a loan servicing company in Georgia to handlebuying a note.

It would be a huge service.

The main strategy at first will be to sell real estate option contracts and consulting services. 

I dont know of any of any service/forum for tenants to describe their needs.
