Mostly is like dad or mom bought the property, " selling " gifting it to children because they won't qualify. it also happens between couples or married couples dealing a divorce. 

If the price is too low, the seller's children will just let it go to foreclosure.

I will inherit those buildings and my children will inherit those buildings.

My demographic tends to be a set of grandparents with their adult children and grandchildren, so I am planning on having space to cater for the grandparents and parents downstairs & kids upstairs.

That is the route we tried but due to my husbands income (AT THE TIME IT WAS $130K YR)and our social class fasfa stated we were to pay $28k a year towards our children’s education we had 3 going to college in two years time CombINED family).

I know this may sound a little crude but I will check out a property and see how many of the neighborhood children are out playing (especially near dusk).

For these charters priority is given to children of school staff and, additionally at Crossroads, children of parents who live and work downtown.
