I think most people want to start wholesaling is not because it us easy, it's because they don't have money to do any other types investment be it buy and hold or fix n flip. wholesaling is the easiest business to get started, but it is the hardest to make it work in my opinion because too many people are doing it especially when the market is hot like it's now.
