Hoa foreclosure on a probate property
In florida i came across a nice home on the foreclosure list. It is in a local gated community and the HOA is foreclosing and it is in an Estate. As I did basic research on the person it appears, but not guarenteed, to not have a mortgage. The amount owed is about $25k n the value of the home after rehab would be est. $200k. If i were to bid on this property are there any dangers to look out for? Would house then be out of probate?
