I can't tell you how many times a prospective tenant has whipped out a compass to see if the rooms/house face the "proper" way.You can ignore it, or worse, make light of it, and lose prospective business; or, you can roll with the flow...make lemonade out of lemons...Close the Deal.

hello everyone,can anyone shed some light on how to start getting the bpo's from lenders??

Be warned, it is an approach that many have a hard time grasping at first.

If she does not have a listing then her obligations to the seller could be muddled depending on how she spoke and acted with the seller.Alternatively she could be your agent (buyer's broker) but she would have need to warn the seller when she first spoke to them.
