It’s good to hear that you want to start at a young age.

So I have been doing my research, and with my current situation and age, I have came to the conclusion that "wholesaling" will be my introductory method into real estate.

Just an update- I decided to pass on this house because after doing some more research on the property, I found out the son of the woman that was brutally murdered in the house died in the same house 2 years later at the age of 54. 

I am in the Fresno area and depending on where this is located and the age of it - it seems like the numbers work so far - if it is anywhere near the canals - you'll be required to get flood insurance also.  

So I think it is to some extent just the age of our market's biggest growth period.  

Refusing to rent to someone based on their section 8 status is no different than refusing to rent to someone based on race, religion, age etc.

Prices ranging from $1100-$2000 with a wide mix in age, size, style, location as usual.  

I figure based on my age, buy and holds would be a solid plan, more time=more money=more investments.
