I would focus on buying your new house first if you have the down payment, then work on the rental.

Investing in Austin would be more akin to investing in Nashville, than say Raleigh.All three of the aforementioned cities are great, price points differ between the two of Raleigh & Austin, and then Nashville is more Austin-esque pricing wise.

They forced the back door open, (you could see the minor damage to the back door), then went inside to the front door, removed the entire door lock and went off to have a key made, then they reinstalled the front door lock.
