I would also recommend reading Rich Dad Poor Dad, and Secrets Millionaire Mind from T Harv Eker for business sided mindset.

For example they probably won’t let you add on a super modern addition that doesn’t match the style of the historic neighborhood.

Bean seems well spread out.I've been pitched a few times on exp, but the MLM style of the pitch was a real turn-off for me.
