This turnover has been the first point of turbulence in what has otherwise been a smooth ride, but hopefully it will be resolved soon and a new tenant will come on board.Hope this helps!

BUT....it's far from a smooth ride.

The funniest part about it was that the slides shown on the webinar were very basic, poorly written, and lacking a "professional feel."

Hi Don,If you call a few plumbers in the area they may have (skinny guy) on staff who can slide under a house like that and fix the torn duct.

It make me unhappy leaving there, anyway it will tough me up, hopefully, everything went smooth moving forward.
