We will be living in the main house and renting the guest house given our proximity to the local hospital and medical residency program (less than .5 mile).Do I need the kitchenette for a STR/AirBnB type of set up? 

Here are my observations:- I operate in SF Bay Area and Sedona AZ- in both markets the amount of STR units has exploded which has brought down the overall rates and created some more vacancy in slower periods - More and more regulation is happening every year.

During a pre screening question, "Do you have any pets/animals," the potential tenant wrote; that the person who takes of her children while she works has an emotional support dog, that they have medical documentation for. 

., Barrington Stage, Berkshire Medical Center, both have been rented approx 2k rent.Updated gas heating systems with on-demand hot water.

Why should I pay them to work slower? 

Unexpectedly, she cancelled my executor-ship and moved me into the category of beneficiary only and gave full control, medical & executor functions, to my sibling.

Our experience varies, and includes, the mangement of trophy office buildings in downtown DC, medical office condos, suburban office parks, residential homes, etc.

I've tried the hourly thing before and found guys just work slower and want to smoke more.Let's say for example I pay them $12 an hour.

I thought this as a means to get the medical bills off my credit report and get back to a 720, but clearly that is not going to work!
