Question about Pre Screening

Posted

We are in the process of renting out our unit for the first time. During a pre screening question, "Do you have any pets/animals," the potential tenant wrote; that the person who takes of her children while she works has an emotional support dog, that they have medical documentation for.  They don't live there full time, but they will be there 5-6 days per week and the emotional support dog will be there too.  We will be in some violation if we don't move on to the application process based on the info we gathered during our pre screening question?  We don't want to have any legal issues.  We live in Pennsylvania.

Thank you for your time!
