As an investors, you could create skills to out perform the broker's income.Always be respectful, talk to your broker, let the broker know that you have higher aspirations, your goals are that of an investors and wealth creator..If your broker wants a cooperation commission on everything you purchase, move on.....find somewhere else to hang your license with.

The concrete craze was big about 10 years a go .It was like every tv show and magazine featured it There was even a push for concrete counter tops.The fact was it grew so fast but the skill levels of the installers never kept up with the demand I think it looks great in city loft type dwellings but I would rather have wood or tile in my own applications .The expense is another factor that would make me pass

Even better, you'll find some good deals FOR YOURSELF to buy wholesale, and being a contractor, you have the skills and ability to buy materials at a discount to fix and rent what you buy creating instant equity in the property when you are finished remodeling it.
