Chase changed their QuickPay policy over the last 3 weeks and now REQUIRES that either both users have a Chase account OR the user signs up with https://www.clearxchange.com/ to use their service.that caused a havoc in our smooth system. not happy.

Would I switch to something else, probably if I start running into additional issues and find others recommending something way better I would, but right now we have a pretty smooth operation as long as you're in the middle of a lease with a tenant and there are no payment issues, and Cozy does work so far for automatic payments each month.

Now clients would want level 5 wall finish (smooth surface vs textured) which takes 3-4 times longer; paint would have to be super sharp on color transitions (1 coat primer, at least 2 top coats); all baseboard and trim work & paint have to be perfect: no brush mark, no visible nail holes etc;  and all everything else in between.So my point is: beside using your elbow grease to gain sweet equity, pricing is subjective to quality
