You shouldn't take them on until you have a solid foundation in selcted market.But I think Columbus is one of the best markets for BRRRRs.

You can always sell without an agent, but it could cost you more money and more importantly, money in the long run..think of it like this…maybe a strong buyers broker would’ve urged more caution with the initial purchase? 

Why do you think purchase contracts are so long and have such small print?

I think that's a big PITA.

Prices do feel very high (but will we look back in 10-20 years and think, "wow, prices in 2024 were so cheap"?)

Are all modules released at one time for learning, are true step by step offered; including websites being used to buy/sell land? 

At best, it's just a messy situation, I've found that tenants then think they're special. 

I still think I got a really good deal on the work.
