Just heard yesterday that Oceanpointe is either changing names or adding an alternate management company: URBAN CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT, INC.Morris is also promoting his new management company: BLUE SKY PROPERTY MANAGEMENT LLCSame people, different names.

A good example of an investor who knows their stuff, who does not really self promote, who stuck to a plan and made a great return in real estate is @Dawn Anastasi. 

Does anyone know who Morris is promoting or working with currently in this market? 

Question is: for the 25% promote payment (before the equity gets paid out) we were thinking of structuring that as a fee to my wife (she's handling all the remodel) pursuant to a separate contract so that basically she is an independent contractor.

More options promotes competition and is great for consumers, but it's also more to sort through.Typically, the folks with whom you'll be opening your new account will get things processed really quickly.

So can about 100 other mid-sized to large cities and every time I read what you write I recognize that you promote cities where you invest.  

In any event we move forward on those entitlements so we have options when negotiating.What I am really trying to figure out is how could we promote the assembly of our lot to maximize our return and the other adjacent lots.
