Hi my name is Alethea, I'm a new real estate investor in Baton Rouge, currently starting out in wholesaling. Would like to know if anyone in the BR area know of a real estate investor friendly title company.

Hello @Alethea Bell, welcome to Bigger Pockets.  I use Title 2 Land in Baton Rouge on Wentling Ave for the reason that they are very much investor friendly.  Lane Bennett is the principle and owner and Dan Schaneville does most of the closings, but they understand most all unique and creative real estate transactions.  I've probably done 12-13 closings with them in the past year and if something is new to them, they will find the right answer for you and solve your specific problem for sure.

Good luck in your wholesaling business.  I hope you land a ton of deals and can sell me one or two sometime soon.
