I don't own my own home, so even the home buying process is new to me.

Can you modify your plans to avoid the full removal? 

All that being said, I still plan on finishing my licensing because all that’s gonna do is just help me more.

Hi Aubri,I did something similar but to ensure we were in compliance with local laws, I called the local county building and planning department and had a meeting with them to discuss my plans (this was done during the purchase process) to get approval.

The process for the first property was super smooth, which is why we chose to work with them again.

They are planning a cash out refi (which is non taxable) which I'm including the reinvestment into the IRR.

What's the process to renting your sfr out to mental health group homes....would you have to go through the state?

My plan if i get the properties will be to Buy, slightly increase rents (as they are currently 200 behind market,) as tenants move out, renovate the properties with my BRRRR team in between ongoing Single family homes.
