@Guifre Mora perfect, I’ve been focusing so much on MF and trying to start in that route that i can’t say I’ve dedicated the same amount of time to flipping bc it wasn’t in my initial plan.

We have several Mh that have connected septic tanks that we have had a clearance letter for but the county is saying that the state will deny that and we need to bring it up to 2022 standards which means we can not have shared systems.

The property is perfectly situated for city buyers who can commute quickly to Boston.

While some people were lucky enough to time the market perfectly after the 2008 crash, the overwhelming majority of investors built their empire slowly over the course of decades.

It looks like two small round covers that usually cover above ground pools will fit perfect.

there is certainly risk on loans that need to be refinanced in 3 5 7 years.. you never know what the mortgage market is going to be doing then  ( interest rate wise or just availability of funding)  this is what hurt investors in the 08 credit crisis. perfectly good properties that had their balloons come due and no one to take them out.. 

You will bust your butt for a small commission but you will get work and learn the transaction.Nothing wrong with starting part time—it may be the perfect way to see if it is a good fit.Best of luck and hope you find your niche.
