Leasing is likely "ordinary course of business" or day to day activity which does not require approval of the members of he LLC so the individual authorized to act for the series in the operating agreement should be able to act for the series without formal approval of the Members.

From what i've heard though, they make good tenants and there's rarely issues, especially when they're young privates and their landlord is someone higher ranking than them.Any other advice or tips on Canadian real estate investing you have would be welcomed, as most of the research I have done is american-centric.Thanks again for your reply, Much appreciated
