I would say if you were to choose the first thing to focus on, it would be the KW research...you can have the coolest site but if no traffic is going to it, thats NO traffic to a cool site lolWith the right keyword research you can easily work the proper on-page seo and start pulling long tail traffic by merits of great content, direct on-page with pertinent keywordsI'd say to concentrate on low hanging fruit type of keywords with competition below 1000 in the google keyword planner and do multiple kw's that way you can pull from a variety of kws

As far as I know they are mostly found in Orange County, around the beach areas. 

In the last 20 day we put 2 homes in Orange County under contract and are currently tracking over 300 distressed sellers in Riverside, Orange, and LA County's  just waiting for them to make the choice to sell/move on.

I am currently flipping homes in Orange County and just purchased a home at the court house steps.  

The different colors of mold range from white to black, including, but not limited to, green, gray, brown, orange, yellow and other colors.

Orange County is tough, I'm sure!

Primarily in Orange, Seminole, and Volusia Counties.  

Modular construction is like a forbidden fruit.
