We're thinking of using Landlord Studio or Rentec to keep track of income/expenses at the property-level, but would still need a way to track expenses for the organization (not associated with any individual property), as well as tracking capital accounts for owner contributions.

Hello,I am a member of an LLC, and my former partner, which is no longer a member of this LLC, registered the LLC and filed a request for an EIN with the IRS.Since he is no longer a member of the LLC, he was removed from all articles of organization and our operating agreement, however, his name is mentioned in the initial EIN letter.My question is if the fact that his name is on the EIN letter has any implications on any of the LLC's activities, and if so, how is it possible to completely disassociate his name from the LLC.I appreciate any input you may have.Thanks,Nadav Ben-Horin

Thanks a lot for your input, totally agree with you, it might be too big project to handle especially for newbie, we might not proceed unless there is significant price drop worth to take the risk...I also have talked to couple investors one of them is experienced investor/ flippers, they all said they would pass it as too much work and non profit for them to do it at all..

That way, I can come to them as an investor first.That is one of the reasons I don’t get a realtors license , I don’t want to be liable or answer to any organization .I don’t want to have a requirement to reveal I’m a real estate agent when selling or buying .
