The reason they shot up is because of the marketing platform & capitalization on mobile.

., they owe too much on their house, or it's a mobile home, they are in foreclosure, etc.

I have not studied much on mobile homes and would greatly appreciate if someone could tell what they would ask the owner and the action they would take on this house.

The great thing about the Wally Home system that I found doing some research is that the sensors alert you via an app on your phone.

It's on a half acre, great school district, strong comps, just outside the city limits in the county,  but my concern is that right next door are two mobile homes. 

I have the metope app on my iPhone and i see there is a local REIA club in my area that i will attend.

If an ability to add a profile picture via app or mobile version of the website is restricted for a reason, please add a pop-up message when you click on a picture to change it... it will save a lot of frustration for us future real estate investors.

when you say "parks" are you referring to mobile home parks?
