I don't want to have my license and have to knock or call which I know it is part of the job, but if I could have not to do it in my first month, it would be great. 

I'm currently go to school to obtain my real estate license.

Im hoping that with time and hustle I'll build enough RELATIONSHIPS (which i always hear is the most important thing) And solve enough problems when it comes to meeting sellers needs that I can create a profitable business until I am able to move on to Rehabbing.. or getting my license! 

I'm working on getting my RE Sales Agent license here in Utah and I also have an interest in wholesaling.

I've been licensed since 2009 and been surrounded by investors for a while, so I've learned a few things here and there from them.

Since in CA you need a real estate license to manage properties, I do notice some multifamily properties being listed by property management firms or agents. 

And do they need to be licensed themselves?
