Hello BP friends, 

I'm a real estate agent from Orlando, FL ready to jump to the other side of business -- Real Estate Investing! 

I've been licensed since 2009 and been surrounded by investors for a while, so I've learned a few things here and there from them. 

I look forward to my first RE investment, so I'll be posting a few questions.
