I guess my fear is purchasing a home in STONE county and then applying for it to be a STR and being denied. tonight there is a meeting of Stone County Planning & Zoning and there are two families trying to get the zoning of their home changed to operate a STR.

Is it nearly impossible to obtain a mortgage and operate an STR?

I've heard of mentees who started cleaning up construction areas on a flip at the end of each work day or picking up supplies at Home Depot and delivering them to the job site.

If you are working at a W-2 Job, that is not necessary.

They need to tell people this is a full time job and create a truly "plug and play" system like they claim that only requires a few hours of work per week.

Hey there, do you have any recommendations for an agent in the Seattle area to talk through the potential properties to operate a family entertainment style of business?  

For example, a broker that cold calls an operator and says they're with Cushman or Marcus Millchap will have a different experience than a broker that says they're with XYZ brokerage. 

You should charge him extra since he will be operating at hotel out of the space.
