RV lot rental for air BnB

Hello all,

I just purchased a piece of land, which has some RV hook up spots. Someone approached me wanting to rent out an RV lot. He wants to then park his RV and them Air BnB it out. Does anyone have a sample contract that should be used for this? What should I included in the contract and what to look for?
